Muhammara

Ingredients:

  • 200g walnuts
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of roasted red bell peppers
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup of olive oil (yes that’s a lot of calories!)
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
  • 2 tablespoons of water (to adjust thickness)
